21st Century Right to Know Retreat

I attended a two day transpartisan retreat in Baltimore MD in September 2008 on transparency in government related issues. It was a continuation of the retreat that I attended last year in NY also hosted by OMB Watch. It was a great opportunity to think through with some very good people from across the political spectrum on what we would expect from the next administration after Bush. Some of the other groups that attended included the National Taxpayers Union, U.S. Bill of Rights Foundation, ACLU, Openthegovernment.org, POGO and GAP It also gave me the opportunity to spend some time with Mike German, Former FBI Undercover Agent, Counter-terrorism expert and author of "Thinking Like a Terrorist: Insights of a Former FBI Undercover Agent"   and Dane Von Breichenruchardt from DC vs. Heller fame.
