Transpartisan Press Conference in Washington, DC October 29th - 1 p.m. Stop REAL ID

My Liberty Coalition and the Stop Real ID Coalition along with the other members of the Constitutional Alliance are pleased to announce that we are spearheading a discussion and media event in Washington, DC about the Real ID Act 2005 and other issues related to the rights of American citizens.

Organizations from both the right and the left, as well as elected representatives from several states are joining together to address the threat of an International ID system.

21st Century Right to Know Retreat

I attended a two day transpartisan retreat in Baltimore MD in September 2008 on transparency in government related issues. It was a continuation of the retreat that I attended last year in NY also hosted by OMB Watch. It was a great opportunity to think through with some very good people from across the political spectrum on what we would expect from the next administration after Bush. National Security Speech at AAI Annual Conference

In late October 2007, I joined Grover Norquist from Americans for Tax Reform, Kary Moss of the ACLU-Michigan, Noel Saleh and Linda Mansour on a panel discussion on policy and politcs. I gave a short speech and then participated in the panel discussion.
