Developing a Community of Practice

Most of us have been there. We attend a great weekend workshop, read a “transformational” book or have an enlightening session with our therapist or coach.

Things seems different; perhaps we have a new perspective, new set of behaviors to try out or more capacity in a particular line of development (such as increased emotional intelligence).

The world has seemingly changed for us – that is until Monday morning.The “reality” of our lives smacks us right into the changed state of consciousness and unfortunately “reality” wins.

By Monday afternoon, we revert back to our old habits and ways of being and thinking.

SEALFIT’s 5 Mountain Challenge Interview Series with Ralph Provance

Ralph talks about his amazing transformation from barely able to walk up 15 stairs to being able to do a triple Murph.  He’s been using SEALFIT, following a Paleo Diet and being inspired by  Commander Mark Divine, Robb Wolf,  Team FrogLogic and others.  His own transformation has inspired others and he using his new found fitness and health to raise money for special operations charities.

New position at SEALFIT Unbeatable Mind

in January of 2013, I was made the new Vice President of Business Development as well as Master Coach at SEALFIT’s Unbeatable Mind Academy.  My new responsibilities include continually updating of course content, create new products,  production of various audio products, Utilization of the full spectrum of social media platforms to educate the public and engage our community, regular blogging, expanding our coaching program, work with affiliates to set up seminars across the country and internationally and promote the 5 Mt training program at various gatherings including conferences.
